Privacy Notice
This notice describes the current Richard Mille Replica editorial website at richardmillereplica.org. It was updated on 8 November 2026. For website privacy questions, use [email protected].
Website delivery and security
Your browser sends technical information when it requests a page, image or other resource. That can include an IP address, requested URL, request time, browser information and a referring page. The site uses Cloudflare and reverse proxies to deliver requests to its hosting environment. These services can process connection and security information as part of providing the website.
Server access and error logs are used for delivery, troubleshooting and security. They can contain request metadata and IP addresses. Access is restricted to administration. Log rotation and protected backups support operations; a backup copy can outlast a record’s presence in the active system. This notice does not promise an unverified fixed deletion period for all infrastructure copies.
Analytics, advertising and cookies
The deployed public-page templates do not include a site-installed advertising pixel or a separate visitor analytics script. This statement concerns the website code we control; Cloudflare’s delivery and security processing is described in its privacy policy.
Administrative authentication uses session information for authorised editors. It is separate from reading an ordinary public guide. Browser checks of the homepage and an article did not observe a site-issued session cookie, but this is not a promise that every infrastructure response or third-party embed is cookie-free.
Third-party videos and external links
Research articles embed YouTube videos. Loading an embedded player connects your browser to YouTube or its delivery providers and can disclose technical information such as your IP address and page context. Lazy loading can defer that request until the player approaches the visible part of the page; it is not a consent control and does not mean no request occurs before you press play.
The player and any associated cookies or storage are governed by the provider’s practices. See Google’s privacy policy. You can choose not to load embedded media by using your browser’s content controls. External links take you to independently operated websites with their own privacy terms.
Correspondence
If you choose to email the editorial address, the message and the contact details you supply are used to address the inquiry, investigate a correction or respond to a privacy or image-attribution question. Email delivery also involves the email services used by the sender and recipient. Send only the details needed for your request.
There is no public comment form, newsletter subscription or checkout on the current editorial website. We do not ask readers to submit card details, shipping addresses or identity documents through these pages.
Access, protection and your questions
Administrative access is restricted, the website is served over HTTPS, and operational backups are encrypted before remote storage. These controls reduce risk but do not make an absolute security guarantee.
For a request concerning correspondence you have sent or information associated with your use of the website, explain the relevant date, page and issue without sending additional sensitive material. Applicable rights and any verification needed depend on the request and the law that applies; this notice does not invent an operator location or claim universal legal certification.
We will update this notice when the site’s actual collection practices change, including if transaction functions, additional analytics or new contact forms are introduced. Read the about page, editorial methods and contact page for related information.
